Makune Hachi (MAKU音ハチ Makune Hachi?) was a Macloid developed by Misha.
Concept[]
Hachi is sly, tricky and enjoys pulling pranks. She has the habit of being very blunt and doesn't stop to think about what she is saying. She loves to dress up in cute outfits, and generally just loves to have fun. She gets upset when she doesn't have her way. When she gets obsessed with something, she often can take it a bit overboard. Looks young for her age. Hachi looked up to the MACLOIDS so much that she desperately wanted to be one. She changed her looks and her name to seem like she was part of the family. The other MACLOIDS don't really mind it much.
In the beginning, her name was Macne Hachi. However, after a discussion with Damesuke from UTAUWIKI, it was decided, in order to avoid copyright laws, that her name would be Makune Hachi. This is a pun on how she is a huge fan of the current MACloids.
Etymology[]
Hachi comes from 8 (hachi?), implying she is the eighth model.
Even though her name is technically written as 幕音, Hachi prefers it as MAKU音 as a continued effort to seem more like a MACloid.

Hachi is based off the black MacBooks that Apple creates.
